The following Terms and Conditions apply to all rentals provided by Festoon Props and Rentals LLP.

By confirming a booking or making a payment, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Rental Period
   All rented items must be returned within the agreed rental period. Additional charges will apply for any delay beyond the specified return date or time.
2. Damage or Loss
   The customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented items during the rental period. Applicable repair or replacement charges will be billed separately.
3. Transportation
   Transportation, including pickup, delivery, loading, and unloading of rented items, is the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
   All payments must be made in favour of Festoon Props and Rentals LLP.
